Greetings everyone.
As some of you may know, we made an official statement last week about the current situation in our comments section. As we don’t like to make “non-updates” that do not contain schedule announcements or changes, we decided to leave it as that, but as some of you pointed out, it’s better to communicate frequently no matter the amount of information. As such, we decided to post this comment as this update, so that all of you will be properly notified.
The situation since this comment was posted has changed slightly, however: although our shipping providers are still assessing when will they be able to resume shipping, we will try our best to give an update on this during next week. But no matter what happens, we will keep you informed.
As we mentioned in the comment below, we also asked them to make photos of the physical goods, and they will be shared in each corresponding campaign as soon as we receive them.
Without further ado, this is the original comment we posted last week:
“Sorry for the delay in making an official comment about this issue.
We acknowledge the fact that the Japanese New Year holiday season has affected the shipping schedule we provided in our last update. As we said in our previous comment, we’ve contacted our shipping partners and the person in charge of our warehouse in order to give you updated information on how the shipping will continue in the following days. In future updates we will also focus on sharing with you photos of the actual physical goods.
Again, we must offer our apologies for the problems that all our projects have been suffering, and even though you might think otherwise, we really do feel ashamed and worried reading all your sad, disappointed and angry feelings about this. We really want to get all rewards, in all projects, delivered to every backer as soon as possible, but we understand that even if we do, we broke many promises along the way and just delivering the rewards will not magically fix all the mistakes we did during the process of doing so.
That being said, and while understanding that we are now faced with a general lack of trust, we will keep trying to fix whatever hurdle that appears in our way in order to finally fulfill our promises and deliver our products to all of you.
Due to the holiday season, we haven’t been able to answer your private messages as fast as we wish to and we’re trying to catch up on that as well, but please do not let this stop you from sending one if you have anything you want to talk and discuss with us.”
Current shipping status of all Frontwing’s projects

Greetings,
In this update, we want to inform you of the current shipping status of all Frontwing’s projects.
For about a month, we have been shipping rewards to our backers as soon as preparations for doing so were complete.
We have also held multiple meetings with the person in charge of shipping from our external warehouse, and right now and by our current calculations, we estimate that shipping will finalize at the end of this year.
We completely understand that everything we say from this point will undoubtedly look like an excuse, but the vast number of goods to be shipped throughout all our campaigns and all their different shipping patterns make their classification and checks a lengthy process, and as November started and the holiday season got nearer, we understood that shipping all rewards would take more time than what we initially expected.
We deeply apologize to all backers who have not yet received their rewards: you will definitely receive a notification with the tracking code of your package, so we must ask you for a little bit more of patience.
The status of each project is as follows:

Corona Blossom Vol.1-3: since our last update, we have sent 28+46 packages. Shipping is expected to continue until December.
- Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1&2: since our last update, we have sent 42 packages. Due to the discovery of a misprint in the physical English manga, we have requested an urgent fix and reprint. We will resume shipping after the re-manufacturing of the manga. Shipping is planned to finalize by the end of November, start of December at the latest.
- Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.3-5: after shipping is resumed for Vol.1&2, preparations for shipping of the subsequent volumes will take place. This is expected to happen from the end of November onwards.
- Grisaia Complete Box: a problem regarding the English translation of the drama CDs included in the box was spotted during shipping preparations: we have taken care of it as of now and we plan on finishing the arrangements by the end of November. As the Grisaia Complete Box is a very expensive deluxe product and all the content inside it must be thoroughly checked in order to preserve its quality, right now it has the highest shipping priority. This shipping schedule is also the same for customers who have purchased the box through JAST USA.
- Momoiro Closet: shipping is expected to finish by the middle of December.
- Wonderful Everyday: shipping will take place from December onwards, with the aim of finishing shipping all rewards within this year.
- ISLAND: shipping will start on December. We’re currently finalizing details about further shipping schedule for this one, and we will let you know more information as soon as it’s available.
This is not the first time we fail to meet the promises we make ourselves in regards to shipping, and we're tremendously sorry for doing it once more.
We completely understand and expect that there are many backers who just cannot accept these failures anymore and that have long lost their patience, but since there's a vast number of goods that are ready to be shipped, we must, again, beg for your forgiveness and for more patience until they are delivered.
For all backers who contacted us with individual inquiries, we will reply to them as soon as possible. In case your address as changed, please do let us know with a message.
We know that we apologized many times, only to apologize further, but we're truly ashamed of not being able to deliver our rewards in a timely manner. We will strive to work hard so that the rewards of all our backers arrive to their destination as soon as we can manage.

Hello everyone. First thing we must do is deeply apologize for yet another mistake on our part. In our last update, we promised you a more detailed one that never came until now, way later than that week we initially mentioned. We understand your frustration about our silence, and will make no excuses about it. Please accept our apologies.
As for information about the status of the project and its shipping schedules, there has been no change in the time-frame we mentioned in our previous update: rewards are still being prepared to be shipped on November 2018.
After talking with the head of merchandise production, he let us know that shipping is projected to be mostly finished at the end of November: backers will be notified individually with their tracking numbers when their packages are shipped, and the timing might vary between individual backers depending on the plan they pledged or their add-ons.
Address changes will be accepted until November 12th, 2018 (Monday). Please do send us a message via Kickstarter if you need to do so.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further question: we're striving to improve communication, and should any change in this schedule occur, we will let everyone know as soon as we can.

A (semi) final update on shipping status.

We'll start with the most important, to-the-point information: all rewards will be shipped by the end of November at the latest. We will have this narrowed down to a specific week, and communicate that information in another update by Monday of next week, which will also include a final deadline for address changes. For more detailed information, read on.
We met with our shipping partner today to lay out a concrete schedule for shipping of all our remaining unfulfilled campaigns. Based on our discussions, we arrived at the timeframe listed above as the absolute latest date by which packages will ship; we're currently waiting on final confirmation for specific dates for each campaign, which we provide at the beginning of next week as mentioned. There will be no further delays. For any backer whose package has not been shipped within this timeframe, we will begin the refund process.
This campaign is scheduled slightly later than our other campaigns due to the fact that there are a number of original reward items which will take longer to manufacture; we plan for all production to be complete no later than the first week of November, at which time our shipping provider will still have other shipments for us to process before they can begin shipping packages for this campaign.
In regards to our previous updates, we have multiple times made announcements prematurely based on optimistic expectations regarding fulfillment of other campaigns, which then proved unrealistic. To put it more simply, we've announced that rewards for this campaign were going into production because we thought we were about to be finished fulfilling our prior campaigns and therefore have the resources available to move on to this one; those campaigns ended up experiencing further delays, denying us the manpower to work on preparing rewards for this campaign. As we have now set out final deadlines for each of these prior campaigns, we have now been able to free up those resources to focus on this project, and subsequently our other remaining projects once work has finished for this one.
